Pink Tulip Stamp Postcard

$2.00

Fall of 2024 I painted watercolor flowers as stamps and mailed them to my friends in college, each stamp painting was of their current favorite flower. I have turned them into postcards so anyone can send some flowers to their friends or family. For this painting I painted Pink Tulips.

Tulips were brought from Turkey in the mid 1500's, the tulip is most commonly associated with the Netherlands due to the sheer number of varieties produced there. The tulips I have painted are watercolor, Watercolor is a painting method in which the paints are made of pigments suspended in a water-based solution.

These postcards are made from thick high-quality matte paper, so they serve as a great addition to a gift or just a thoughtful written note to a friend.
